The Daily Schedule page is used to monitor and manage the driver appointments throughout the day.  There are 2 main sections of the Daily Schedule: Trailer Status and Driver Check-ins

  1. Trailer Status – This screen provides a view into the status of all appointments that have been scheduled for the day.

  • Use Trailer Status Filters to limit the view to Appointments with the selected status. The Daily Schedule is color coded to provide a quick visual cue of Appointment status.

    • Light Blue indicates the Appointment is in Scheduled status which means the driver has not yet checked in to the appointment.

    • Orange indicates the Appointment is in Awaiting Dock status meaning the driver has checked in to the appointment, but no Dock Assignment has been made yet.

    • Yellow indicates the Appointment is Dock Assigned status which means the Driver has checked in and has been assigned a dock but has not yet arrived at the dock.

    • Green indicates that the Appointment is In Progress which indicates the trailer is at the dock.

    • Navy Blue indicates the Appointment is In Yard status which means the Trailer has arrived, loaded (or unloaded) and left the dock, but has not yet checked out.

    • Gray indicates the Appointment has Checked Out, which means the Appointment is completed.

  1. Driver Check-ins – This screen provides a view into Drivers that are in the process of checking-in, but have not yet finished check-in.  Once the check-in has completed successfully, the session is removed from this view and tracked using the ‘Trailer Status’ screen.

  • Use the Driver Check-ins screen to monitor check-in progress and assist any drivers that are having trouble completing the check-in process.

  • Text directly with drivers from this screen to assist if needed.

  • The Driver Check-ins screen is color coded to provide a quick visual cue of Check-in status

    • Green indicates the driver is in the process of checking in.

    • Orange indicates the check-in has timed out which happens after 15 minutes of inactivity in the driver chat. Timed Out sessions will be removed from this view after 1 hour.

    • Yellow indicates a check-in that has been Paused. This occurs when a user takes action to end the automated chat workflow to text directly with the driver.
