Checking in an appointment in myQ Enterprise is quick and ensures smooth communication with drivers. Follow these steps to update the status and enable SMS messaging.
Navigate to the Daily Schedule tab from the Dashboard page

Search for the appointment you want to check in by typing in the last 5 characters of the appointment unique ID

Click "Actions" on the appointment record

Click "Change status"

Click "Awaiting Dock"

Click "Change Status"

Key in the driver's name and phone number so the team can send them SMS messages from the system, then click "Next".

Click on the "Select a trailer" field.

Search the correct trailer number into “select a trailer” and click on the trailer when it pops up.

Click "Check in Appointment". This will open the SMS chat by default.

Now you can utilize the SMS chat to text the driver. To see the appointment details instead, you can click on the Appointment Details dropdown.

By completing these steps, you will keep your team informed and maintain seamless driver communication throughout the appointment process.
