Routing Rules

Routing Rules allows myQ to automate dock or yard assignments. This feature is handled by setting certain presets to automate and optimize common shipping/receiving activities.  To navigate to and use Routing Rules, follow the steps below.    


  1. Click ‘Facility’ tab located on the left-hand side, you may have to scroll down to see the tab

  2. Select ‘Routing Rules’ at the top of Facility page  

  3. ‘Custom Rules’ are selected by default, stay on this page rather than toggling to AI Dock Plan

  4. Select which rule to edit and the rule details will appear on the right-hand side and add a new action as needed

  5. If you need to add a new rule scroll down and click 'Add Rule'


  6. Scroll down and click the 'Save' button

By customizing these rules, you can automate routine actions, improving efficiency.
