Enhancements

1. Daily Schedule Notifications

   • What’s new? Users will have the ability to create “Daily Schedule Report” notifications – which will be an export of a specific cut of the daily schedule (selected filters, columns, etc.) that can be sent to select email addresses on a recurring schedule.

   • Why does it matter? This allows users to track & observe specific behaviors at their site without having to dig back through previous records. This will greatly help users’ ability to drive continuous improvements at their site.

2. Driver Chat – Image Support

   • What’s new? Users now have the ability to view images that are sent by drivers within the myQ app. The image(s) will stay on record for as long as the SMS conversation does (7 days).

   • Why does it matter? As seen in the screenshot below, this gives myQ users more of an ability to help drivers troubleshoot when they struggle to find certain pieces of info.

   

Bug Fixes

• SMS Chat Bubbles in Incorrect Time Zone – When the timestamps for SMS chat bubbles appeared in the last release, they were occasionally showing in UTC time rather than the facility time zone. Now, they should show correctly in the facility’s time zone, regardless of where the user is accessing myQ.
