“Assignment Method” Column in Daily Schedule
What’s new? Users are now able to see how a trailer was assigned to a door (e.g. the specific rule that was used). This can be seen in a new column that is now available on the Daily Schedule (it is unchecked by default within ‘Add and remove table columns’ menu)
Why does it matter? This provides site users with a greater sense of understanding as to how assignments are being made in their facility.

Improvements to Dock Card Experience
What’s new? Several UX improvements to the Dock Card experience, including a highlighted box around the dock that’s selected, easier navigation of the Actions menu, etc.)
Why does it matter? Easier, more intuitive navigation through a screen that is frequently used by site users throughout the day.

Dock Rules – Update Wording/Usability
What’s new? We’ve added some explanation text to the ‘Dock Rules’ workflow.
Why does it matter? The purpose of the text is to make rules more accessible to site administrators who are creating and editing rules.
4. myQ Dock Pass Mobile Web - Landing page for non-authenticated drivers
What’s new? Previously, when drivers attempted to check-in using myQ mobile web app, they were presented with a confusing landing page. Now, we have added a cleaner landing page that is creates a more inviting experience for the driver.
Why does it matter? Driver participation in the myQ workflows is critical for the effectiveness of the system as a whole, and this will make driver participation more seamless.

Notifications for cancelled appointments
What’s new? Users can now create notifications for appointments (or draft appointments) that have been cancelled. (Notifications > Shipment Notifications > Add Notification > Shipment Notification > Appt Status = ‘Appointment Cancelled’)
Why does it matter? Appropriate parties can be set to receive these notifications and act accordingly to reschedule the appointment.
Dock Positions – Side/Modal View
What’s new? Users now have the option to view Dock details in the default view (details open on the right side), or in a modal view (details pop out in a separate modal)
Why does it matter? This creates a more flexible user experience for a screen that users spend a lot of time on. The modal view may be especially beneficial for users that have smaller screens.

Bug Fixes
Dock card colors not getting updated per detention parameters – We have fixed a bug that was preventing ‘In Detention’ and ‘Close to Detention’ dock sessions from changing to orange and yellow colors (respectively)
Yard Location details not showing on Daily Schedule until after page refresh – Now, when certain events happen (e.g. appointment check-in, gate open), the yard location details will automatically refresh in the daily schedule
