Check-In Calendars

  • This enhanced feature set allows the ability to customize facility hours based on appointment type (e.g. Inbound appointments allowed 2a -10a, Outbound appointments allowed from 9a-2p)

  • This can be configured in the Facility > Appointments > Check-In Calendars menu


Feature Benefits:

  1. Previously, facility hours applied to appointments of all types, with no opportunity to differentiate. This enhanced flexibility allows sites to run shifts based on appointment type

  2. Enhanced Schedules View clearly differentiates appointment types, and makes it easy to filter on the type(s) you need to see

  3. Drivers will be automatically turned away outside of designated facility hours

  1. Exception Handling - Appointments can still be scheduled outside of the defined facility hours, as long as the scheduler acknowledges the exception. This can be used to process “urgent” shipments without any interruption to the driver experience

  2. Defined facility hours are reflected across all appointment creation methods (including SFTP, Bulk Import, and API / Scheduling Portal)

 

Draft Appointment UX

  • Standardized appointment creation for both normal and draft appointments (previously separate experiences)
