myQE Release Notes - September 19, 2024

Bug Fixes

1. Dock Positions Selections and Menu Bug – There is a bug in the Dock Positions dashboard that keeps the ‘Actions’ menu open for every dock door you click it on (without closing previous menus). This will be fixed with this release, so that an ‘Actions’ menu will close any time user clicks outside of it.

2. Daily Schedule columns appearing to the right of “Add and remove table columns” – There is a bug in the Daily Schedule which will occasionally show column(s) to the right of the gear icon. The gear icon for “Add and remove table columns” should always be fixed to the right edge of the table. This will be fixed with this release.

3. Driver Mobile Website Exit Screen always showing Heartland – There is a bug that causes the small text on bottom of the mobile Dock Pass to always say “Thanks for visiting Heartland Product”. This will be fixed to reflect the correct facility’s name in this release.

4. Driver not prompted with Checkout message for OB Pre-Load Appts – Currently, For OB Pre-Load appts, driver is not prompted with ‘Checkout’ message upon dropping off trailer at first check-in, and completing second check-in to pick up the trailer. As a part of this release, there will be a ‘Checkout’ prompt sent in this scenario so that the driver has a clear understanding of the workflow.

5. Opt-in / Opt-out functionality issues – There is currently an issue if a driver opts out of receiving SMS messages (i.e. sends the message “STOP”), it errantly marks the driver as “Timed Out”, and sending the OPTIN message does not work after this – the driver can no longer communicate via SMS. This will be fixed in this release, and the driver’s line item on the Driver Check-In will indicate “Opted-out”
