Enhancements

  1. Driver Chat – End Conversation Functionality

    • What’s new? Users now have the ability to “force end” an SMS chat conversation with a driver. In doing so, the conversation flow closes and allows the driver to reinitiate the flow from scratch.

    • Why does it matter? There are times where the SMS conversation with a driver can go awry. For example, driver enters the wrong (but valid) shipment ID, wrong trailer number, etc, or perhaps the automated flow just stops responding for no apparent reason. In these cases, the chat can now be ended from the Daily Schedule, which allows the driver to start again and successfully complete the check-in.

Bug Fixes

  1. Daily Schedule > Appointment Creation Method showing “null” for sFTP appointments

    • We have fixed an issue that was causing the Appointment Creation Method to show as null for appointments created via sFTP

  2. Daily Schedule Report Notification – Load Type showing “null”

    • We have fixed an issue that was causing the Load Type to show as null in the exported Daily Schedule report.
