Enhancements

1. Check-in/out Text Customization (Mobile & Kiosk)

   • What’s new? The ability to customize the check-in / check-out workflows for Mobile & Kiosk. Once released, this capability can be found within Facility > Appointments > Appointment Workflow. Last release introduced the customizable SMS flow, while this release will include Mobile and Kiosk.

   • Why does it matter? This allows customers to customize the Mobile and Kiosk workflows to increase clarity, communicate site-specific info, or ask for additional inputs from their drivers. This makes our solution more flexible to a wider variety of customers/facilities.

2. Remove need for condition(s) on Daily Schedule notifications

   • What’s new? Previously, user was forced to set at least one condition (e.g. Shipment Type = Inbound) to receive a Daily Schedule (DS) report notification. Now, users are able to create unrestricted DS notifications (i.e. “send me everything on the DS at this time every day”)

   • Why does it matter? Users may not want/need to apply any conditions to a DS notification in order to meet their use case.

Bug Fixes

1. Daily Schedule > Assignment Method showing “null” for completed dock sessions

   • We have fixed an issue that was causing the Assignment Method to show as null in the Daily Schedule. Previously, this column would show as null if the trailer was manually re-assigned. Now, the column will reliably show the assignment method for whichever dock the trailer was most recently assigned to. In the case of a manual re-assignment, it will show “Manual Assignment”
