Enhancements

  1. Configurable Check-In Workflow Experience

    • What’s new? Users will have the ability to customize the check-in / check-out experience for drivers at their facility. This will be found in Facility > Appointments > “Appointment Workflow”. Main elements of customization include:

      • Facility Image – image that will be displayed to the drivers on the entry / exit kiosks, as well as the mobile application.

      • In-Person Check-In – Ability to send driver a message directing them to check in at the office upon arrival.

      • Custom Data Collection – Ability to indicate which standard fields should/should not be captured as a part of check-in. Also includes ability to collect up to 5 custom fields.

      • Supported Languages – Ability to support one or more of the following languages at check-in: English, Spanish, Polish, Russian, French

  • Why does it matter? This allows sites to better tailor their myQ experience to fit their needs by capturing data necessary to their operation and supporting additional languages to enhance UX for drivers.

  • Note: this feature may be hidden by feature flag at first. Please work with CS/Product to get it enabled for a particular facility.

 

 

Bug Fixes

  1. Image uploaded during SMS check in does not display on Daily Schedule tab conversations as expected – We have fixed a bug that was preventing images sent via driver text from showing up in the Daily Schedule conversation window. Images should now appear as expected.
