  1. Timestamps added to each SMS bubble

    • What’s new? Users are now able to see the date and time of SMS messages between the driver and the myQ system / site personnel.

    • Why does it matter? Previously, there was no timestamps provided, which was a common cause of confusion for myQ users trying to troubleshoot / understand what happens with each driver conversation.

  1. Yard Assignment Notifications for Specific Yards / Spaces

    • What’s new? Users are now able to configure notifications to fire when a trailer is assigned to specific yards / yard spots. Previously, these notifications were only able to fire when a trailer was assigned to any yard space.

    • Why does it matter? Some facilities with bigger yards may divide responsibilities across different areas of the yard. Now, notifications can be configured to go to the right person based on the specific area of the yard that a trailer was assigned to.

  1. “Assignment Method” column to indicate if Enterprise AI was used

    • What’s new? Now, if the AI Dock Plan was used to assign a dock, the “Assignment Method” column on the Daily Schedule will say so.

    • Why does it matter? As a shipping/receiving coordinator or site leader, it is important to understand how dock assignments are happening so that continuous improvements can be made at my facility.

UX Improvements

  1. Driver Chat Window (in Daily Schedule) – It is now easier to open up Appointment Details and Driver Chat Window. The clickable area is now the full top panel (instead of just the small right arrow).

  1. Dock Positions

    • Dashboard > Dock Positions > List View – The list view now has a better appearance, complete with color coding and icons for ease of use.
