How-To Create and Edit Tags

Tags allow users to create custom labels for Appointments which can be used to organize appointments on the Daily Schedule and to setup custom Routing Rules. Follow the steps below to Add and Edit Tags.


Add a New Tag

  1. Click ‘Facility’ tab (you may have to scroll down to locate) on the left-hand side and select ‘Tags’ at the top of Facility page 

  2. Scroll down and click on the ‘+Add’ button at the bottom of the Tags screen

  1. Enter the Tag name and click ‘Save’


  2. You can now use the new Tag to associate with appointments and set up custom Routing Rules.


Edit a Tag

  1. Click ‘Facility’ tab (you may have to scroll down to locate) on the left-hand side and select ‘Tags’ at the top of Facility page 

  2. Fing the Tag you wish to edit by either typing in the name in the Search bar or click ‘Sort’ and scroll through the list of Tags.

  3. Click the pencil icon to edit a Tag or the red bin to delete a Tag 


By adding Tags, you can better organize, streamline and automate your operations and maintain better visibility across your facility activities.
