This will detail the ability to adjust and manage appointments from the Daily Schedule.

 

Every Appointment in the Daily Schedule will have an ACTIONS button available. Depending on appointment status, there will be a number of different administrative options available.  

 

In this case above, the appointment has not started, so you have the choice to Set Priority, Add comment, Change Status, or Edit appointment.

Pictured above are the many other options you may be presented with, these options can vary based on Appointment or Truck Status. Another example is if the appointment status is checked out, then the options will be Assign to dock, Add comment, or edit appointment.
