A guide on how-to navigate the myQ Enterprise Dock Mgmt module and the Dock Sessions tab. From this section you can tune your average dock sessions and event alerts.

NOTE: Dock Management is a very powerful component, we recommend contacting your Customer Success Manager before implementing any changes

  1. Dock Sessions will be the default Page upon Login and on the Dock Management tab.

    • From here, you’ll see you can customize the Steps in a typical Dock session.

    • Facilities can also customize their dock sessions based on Zones

      • ie. You have dedicated docks for Box Trucks or LTL shipments

  1. Keep Sessions Alive Time Limit

    • Also known as ‘Back in Back Out’ or BIBO– This setting is effective at preventing a trailer session start and finish if a truck backs into the door but needs to realign the trailer.

      • Because trailer sessions are detected by a Truck Presence Sensor (TPS), this setting can be used to ensure data integrity

  1. Session Total Time Limit

    • Configurable time limit for how long a Dock Session should last at the facility

  1. Time Limit Warning

    • Configurable time limit warning which will trigger as a trailer approaches the defined time limit.

  1. Scroll down and save any changes made
