How-To Compare Dock Sessions

If you want to analyze dock performance and identify potential issues the Dock Activity feature in myQ Enterprise gives you a clear view of sessions, in/out activity, and outage events. By comparing dock sessions and timestamps, you can quickly spot patterns and troubleshoot irregularities.
Navigate to Activity page in myQ. This is found on the left-hand toolbar, titled ‘Activity’.
Ensure you have ‘Historical Dock Activity’ tab selected.
From this page, you can search activity by the 5 last characters of a Shipment ID or Dock Name and filter by Date + Time by clicking on the time and editing as you see fit or clicking on the start or end date and select the desired date on the calendar.
Select your sessions of interest and click ‘Compare Dock Sessions’
4. Each bar will show you different event details and the page can be filtered by event
Comparing timestamps from a dock session can be especially useful when investigating an issue or oddity which may have occurred
