How-To Change the Date or Time on iDock Controller

Keeping your iDock Controller's Date and Time updated is important to maintaining proper function. If the iDock Controller's Date and Time become out of sync, the iDock Controller can fall offline. Additionally, the corresponding myQ activity logs and notifications can be delayed or inaccurate. To keep your iDock Controller's Date and Time updated, please follow the below steps.

To update the date and time on your iDock Controller, follow the steps below:

1. Press MENU > scroll down to select Settings

2. Press ENTER

   1. NOTE: Pressing MENU button again will take you ‘back’ a page

3. Scroll down to DATE AND TIME > ENTER

4. Once you select either Date or Time, apply changes using up and down arrows

5. To confirm changes, hit ENTER

   NOTE: In order to keep the dock connected in myQ, TIME must be set to UTC time
