About Trailer and Driver Check-ins Status

Trailer Status is updated throughout the appointment, beginning with a Driver Check-in Started and ending with a Driver Check out. Most of the status updates will happen automatically. Below are definitions of Trailer Status and Driver Check-in Status.

• Trailer Status

  • Scheduled appointments have not yet been checked in.

  • Awaiting Dock appointments have checked in but not yet assigned a dock

  • Assigned Dock appointments have been assigned but have not yet arrived at the dock

  • In progress appointments are in the dock

  • In yard appointments have left the dock but not the facility

  • Checked out appointments have been completed

    
    

• Driver Check-in Status

  • Started Driver Check-ins are viewable after a driver has begun the process by providing their name. The full conversation can be followed from this moment through check out. When a driver completes check it, they will move out of the check in filters and onto the Daily Schedule appointment

  • Paused driver chats reflect that a manual message was sent to the driver, and the automated message flow was paused. Chats can be un-paused on this view or on the appointment chat

  • Timed out occurs when a driver started a check in but abandoned the attempt
