People | App Access Management

In some cases, a myQ community mobile app license may be appropriate for a user. To find this section navigate to the People module, and navigate to the App Access Management tab. This article will walk through the must know information in this tab.

• Number of mobile app licenses available

  

• The date that a user was sent a mobile app invitation

  

• Mobile app licenses can be revoked here or on the people management tab

  

• Search for the user profile to assign the licenses faster

  

• Invite new users to have app access

  

  

  Search for your desired new users, select the name of the person by checking the box left to their name, and lastly click the Send License button.
