Enhancements

  1. Check-in/out Text Customization (SMS) 

    • What’s new? The ability to customize the check-in / check-out SMS workflows for a facility’s drivers. Once released, this capability can be found within Facility > Appointments > Appointment Workflow.

    • Why does it matter? This allows customers to customize the SMS workflow to increase clarity, communicate site-specific info, or ask for additional inputs from their drivers. This makes our solution more flexible to a wider variety of customers/facilities.

 

  1. Appointment Settings – Update the Relative Pallet & Case Qty

    • What’s new? Previously, the pallet & case quantity values were confusing to customers who have more than 1 shipment associated with an appointment. (E.g. if customer appointment has 5 shipments with 10 cases each, we would just show 10 cases rather than 50). Now, the modal will show the pallet/case quantity for:

      • The primary unique ID

      • The total for the appointment

    • Why does it matter? This addresses the customer confusion outlined above.

  1. Minor Verbiage Changes

    • What’s new?

      • Dock Rules >> Routing Rules

      • Dock Appointments >> Appointments

    • Why does it matter? Updating to make more “generic” for additional customer use cases.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fix Incorrect/Confusing Language for Rules > Criteria to apply Auto Assignment

    1. OLD – “Closest to Scheduled Time” 

    2. NEW – “Scheduled Time”
