How-To Restart Kiosk

A guide on how to Restart XLV2 Kiosks from myQ Enterprise Dashboard. This can be done in the event of a kiosk issue or error and is recommended as a “first course of action” for users on-site.

 

  1. Navigate to the Devices page in myQ, found on the left-hand toolbar, titled ‘Devices’

  2. Scroll down to ‘Community Intercoms/Controllers, select the affected Kiosk to open its settings

  1. Enter ‘Advanced Settings’ from here, scroll down to “Restart CAPXLV2 Controller”, click the button, and “Successfully Restart Controller” will be displayed at top right of page

  1. Confirm Kiosk is Online


If in-person, you should see the kiosk screen return to its’ normal home screen after a reboot of 5-10 minutes. If remote, you can view the Live Feed from myQ to confirm connectivity in ‘General Settings’
