Dock Management is a very flexible and powerful component, we recommend contacting your Customer Success Manager before implementing any changes.
Initial Step for Deleting and Reactivating Carriers
Navigate to the Dock Mgmt tab and select the Carrier Management tab.

Delete Carriers
Click the red trash can icon on the right-hand side of the carrier table

Restore/Reactivate a Carrier
Activate the Show Deleted Carriers switch and click the ‘Restore’ button for the chosen carrier

With these capabilities, you can maintain an organized carrier database and easily reactivate profiles whenever business needs change.
