How-To Delete and Reactivate Carriers

Dock Management is a very flexible and powerful component, we recommend contacting your Customer Success Manager before implementing any changes.


Initial Step for Deleting and Reactivating Carriers

Navigate to the Dock Mgmt tab and select the Carrier Management tab.

 

 

Delete Carriers

  • Click the red trash can icon on the right-hand side of the carrier table

Your active carriers are displayed in the table.

Restore/Reactivate a Carrier

  • Activate the Show Deleted Carriers switch and click the ‘Restore’ button for the chosen carrier

Deleted carriers can be found with the Show Deleted Carriers toggle

With these capabilities, you can maintain an organized carrier database and easily reactivate profiles whenever business needs change.
