This will detail how to navigate the myQ Enterprise Dashboard’s Dock Positions tab. The Dock Positions tab is used to provide real-time visibility of the status of all Docks in your facility.

  • Dock Positions is the default page of the Dashboard tab. The Dock Positions page shows the current status of all docks.

  • Use Dock Status Filters to limit the view to docks with the selected status or category. Docks are color coded to provide a quick visual cue of Dock status.

    • Green indicates an Active session within the allowed detention time

    • Yellow sessions are nearing Detention

    • Orange sessions are in Detention

    • Red sessions indicate a dock that is in Restraint Bypass status, a potential safety hazard

    • Blue text indicates docks that are in Available status

    • Gray indicates docks that have been Blocked

  • Dock Positions tab with Dock Status Filters - you can change their Dock Positions screen layout by clicking the 3 vertical dots on the far upper right of the page. This will provide options for:

    • Viewing Dock Session Details using either Side Panel or Modal layout options

    • Viewing the Docks in either a List or Grid view

    • Launching the View Only Dashboard, a great option if displaying the Dock Positions tab on a large monitor in a common area such as the warehouse floor or in the receiving /shipping office.
