Access notifications provide visibility into activity at the gate and issues that may be caused by users or the access units (gate operator or kiosk).
Facility notifications address any physical action or access issue. Recommended notifications include events where access with a badge was denied, meaning they should not be allowed on sites; notifications where someone has intentionally prevented the gate from closing
Access control hardware notifications can provide notice when a kiosk is offline or powered off or any errors that might be identified by the kiosk. These notifications are great for your maintenance team or even the dealer you prefer to service the devices
Gate operator notifications are great for maintenance or the dealer of choice. They can provide specific alerts on what is wrong and enable the service tech to have the right expertise and the right part the first time they come out.
User and Group notifications can add value by drawing attention to security risks. Things like a badge that was used way too many times in one day, times that permission was denied for various reasons, or calls made through the kiosk to your designated phone line to request access. These can be focused on specific types of users or specific individual users.
