The Schedules page provides the ability to manage Appointments, Bulk Imports, Access Schedules and Facility Schedules.
Appointments: By default, the Appointments tab will open the Today’s calendar schedule view. In the Appointments tab you can create, view and manage Appointments. Learn more about Appointment Management in this post.

Bulk Import: myQ provides the ability to import multiple appointments all at once from a CSV file rather than entering appointments manually one at a time. This can be a good option for those who have appointments entered in another system (such as an ERP system) but don't have an API integration in place to automate appointment entry.
In the Bulk Import tab, you can Create and View a Bulk Import Configuration which allows you to map fields to meet your bulk import needs. You can also download a default import template, initiate a Bulk Import action, and view your Bulk Import Log which will display the status of all Bulk Imports, provide details on any failures so that they can be resolved and the import can be reinitiated.
To learn more about Bulk Imports, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager!

Access Schedules: are used to determine the days and hours that entry can be gained through the gate. A schedule can be applied to specific sets of users by using Groups or be used to hold a gate open during those set hours.

To learn more about Access Schedules check out this post.
Facility Schedules: Use Facility Schedules to define Close, Hold Open and Hold Close schedules for gates at your facility.
